I call Vodafone as I'm moving to my new address, the operator told me just bring my router and to my new address and ready to use. After a few months I was surprised to have double Vodafone payment since Decemeber 2019, I made an inquiry and said that I made another contract since July 2019 and found out that I have bill since July 2019. It doesnt make sense because I was only charge since December 2019 and my old contract which is still on going from my old address still continue to debit from my bank account. Found out that the tenant that take over my old flat already have internet contract with Vodafone, how can a flat have 2 contract and how come my already change and used to my new address and suddenly come back to my old address and creating a new contract for my new flat.
