Change Internet tariff

Hello! 

I have got a Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable tariff on my Vodafone Internet since July 2019.I need to change my contract tariff to a lower plan starting from July 2020. But my Vodafone online account doesn't allow me to switch to the lower tariff. When I got this plan at the Vodafone shop 1 year ago, I was told that I will be able to change it to a lower tariff after 1 year. 

Can you please help me deal ith this issue?
