Cannot change SEPA Mandat for my cable contract online

Hi,

 

I have two separate contracts - one for internet and phone and another for cable for some reason and when I go to change the SEPA Mandat in my online account I only see the internet/phone contract. 

Can you help me change my cable contract SEPA Lastschriftmandat, please?

Hello wealas,

 

you can also add the other contract to my Vodafone. Then you can also change the bank details. Otherwise you can change the SEPA mandate via the contact form or have it deposited.

In "My Vodafone" you can "connect 2 different user accounts". Login and beside your name click on the gear symbol and then choose below "connect accounts" and follow the instructions. If it works you can change your sepa mandat .

 

Or you go to kabel.vodafone.de and login there to change the sepa mandat.

Thanks, but the two contracts are under the same customer number so there is only one account. I can see both contracts under contract data (at kabel.vodadone.de) but when I go to change the bank details I don't get a second tab for the cable contract.

I was hoping an admin could point me to the sepa form so I can send it in or maybe they can figure out why the second contract doesn't show up under bank account settings.

Either you can wait until a moderator takes care of your problem or you can fill in the info dok 230 (attached) and send it via fax back to vodafone.

I found that one, but I thought it can't be used anymore (https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/CallYa/SEPA-Mandat-f%C3%BCr-Komfortaufladung/m-p/1688825/highlight/true...) or is it good for cable but not CallYa?

The info dok 230 can be used in general.

Just give a short response if it works or if not.

That was quick, got an email an hour ago that the request was processed.

And now, when I go to my online account, I can actually see the cable contract under bank details and I can change the SEPA account as well if it changes in the future. 

It looks like the cable contract had something weird going on in the system.
