Hi,
I have two separate contracts - one for internet and phone and another for cable for some reason and when I go to change the SEPA Mandat in my online account I only see the internet/phone contract.
Can you help me change my cable contract SEPA Lastschriftmandat, please?

Hello wealas,
you can also add the other contract to my Vodafone. Then you can also change the bank details. Otherwise you can change the SEPA mandate via the contact form or have it deposited.

I've always had both contracts added in my Vodafone, I just could not see the bank details for the cable. I could see the invoices and subscirptions. Now it's all good.
