I have a Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable with Vodafone. I have moved recently from Telekom Deutschland to Vodafone Kabel. And even though I had mentioned that I want to move my number and I would like to request vodofone to terminate my previous contract with Telekom Deutschland. This has still not been done. I have tried to contact Vodofone Hotline several times but as my german is not so good. I have been unsuccessful so far. Can you please check on the status of my request?

Have you filled out the form to take your phone number (german name: Anbieterwechselformular) with you and sent it back to us?
