Good afternoon, I am soon moving out and even though I would like to transfer my contract to the new address this is not possible at the moment. So that leaves me with no choice but to cancel my contract. However I can not get through to an english speaking support. I found some old posts where a number was provided but apparently not in use anymore. So could anyone here possibly help me?

your address (old & new)
date of birth
date of your move
your customer number
