Cancelling Vodafone Internet

Hello team,

i am a vodafone internet user since 1year living in Kaiserslautern. From 1st of July i am relocating to Leipzig and my new landlord has internet connection already in my new house. so i would like to cancel my contract and settle all the charges if applicable. i can provide my contract which says with internet as a proof. Please help with the contract cancellation process.

Edit: As you are using a cable tariff, I moved this thread from DSL to cable.

Hi Santosh_Kumar,

you wrote that an Internet & Phone rate already exists at the new address. Do you have a customer number or the name of the contract owner? The data please again in a private message. Now the contract must be taken along and cannot be terminated prematurely.
