Hi Team,
I have moved to another city and its been more than 3 months now since I have raised a request to cancel the vodafone cable contract but though my cancellation request is approved but I am still being charged every month I have already raised concerns many times previously but the problem is still not yet resolved. The last email from Vodafone support team I received was they asking me to raise the issue on this forum. So please look into this asap beacuse I am still being charged unnecessarily for the service which I am not using.
Another very important thing is that I also use a Vodafone mobile number which I want to retain, I took this mobile number prior to taking the Internet Cabel connection but now I see they both are linked to my contract. So most importantly I dont want to loose my vodafone number .
So in sumamry I want to stop being charged for Option Homespot , Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable ,Vodafone Sicherheitspacket and Option WLAN for theses services mentioned in my contarct but I do not want my mobile number to be cancelled beacsue I want to continue using it.
Looking forward for qucik resolution.

I have now terminated the contract. Unfortunately, an earlier termination is not possible. You will receive a written confirmation in due time.

I have already given contract cancellation notice couple of times in past. I have already sent the contract cancellation on 22nd June 2020 by post and by email also. Also can you please tell me what do you mean when you say 'early termination is not possible'?
I am getting charged for the services which I am not even using and I have notified it many times and every time the new support person comes with new information its been more than 6 months that I have paid more than 200 euro so far. Please clarify me on this. It would be good if I can receive a call back from an English speaking support person to have more clarity on this.

the answer is quite simple:
In your former cancellation you never mentioned a move to another city. You just sent us one cancellation request which we confirmed to the end of the regular contractual term on 15 May 2022.
The first time you mentioned a move was here in this thread on 29 November 2020. Based on this message here on the forum, the termination would not even have been effective until the 27 February 2021. That my colleague has terminated the contract immediately is a gesture of goodwill.
