Hello,
I signed for the cable internet, but before the 14 days I returned the device together with the form as it is request to cancel the contract.
I got a confirmation that the device was received without a problem, however the plan was still active.
I sent all the documents as request before those 14 days, but now it's already over since it takes more than 1 week to get any response from the support.
I would like to have a confirmation that my plan is cancelled.

Have you sent the Widerrufsformular to the right address? It should NOT be enclosed together with the router - but has to be sent to another address!
If you included it in the package with the router, it is most likely that your withdrawal form got lost - as the people from the warehouse handling the routers do not have access to process any kind of withdrawals.
