To Whom it May Concern,
My apologies for writing in English, My German is very poor and I will not be able to communicate in German for this difficult topic. I need to know what steps I need to take to cancel my contract.
My brother has been diagnosed with stage 4 Acute lymphoblastic leukemia. I need to return home to Texas as soon as possible. I realize this is not ideal for Vodafone but I am left with no other options. I hope to be back in the future, however, I'm not sure when that will be. What options do I have in taking care of the contract. I want to make sure I do the right thing for Vodafone. Thank you so much for your time and understanding.

I'm very sorry to hear that.
If you have to leave Germany, you can cancel the contract prematurely with three months after the moving date.
To take care of that, please send me a private message with the following information:
your name
your address
date of birth
your customer number
the link of this thread

I have now arranged the termination for you due to your move abroad. You will also receive a written confirmation.
As I already wrote, your contract ends three months after your moving date. For you this is April 30th.

I have not recieved anything but I keep getting phone calls from Vodafone and when I pick up, they hang up as soon as I say hello. I'm not sure why they keep calling but they will not speak with me when I answer. When can I expect the confirmation? Thank you again.
