I have Internet contract in my appartment (Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable) and in 22nd of March I ordered GigaTV Kabel. But I ordered it by mistake. I received Auftragsbestätigung but I didnt pay yet. How can I cancel this order? I don't need Giga TV Kabel.

Thank you for your help, I received confirmation email that my order is canceled. But also I received DHL box from you with some kind of devices for TV. As far as I understand I should send it back to you, right?

But who will pay for delivery? I am pretty sure that it should be you, because I asked for cancel the order in Monday 25th of March an you had whole week to cancel delivery.

in the package is a return slip. You can use it. Once the shipment has been triggered, we cannot stop it. That's why the box went out.

Ok, I received tv box, I sent it back to you and I have email with confirmation that you received this device back.

My quesions iare:

1. why I was charged almost 73 euro for device which I returned?

2. And will I be charge every month for TV connect? If yes, how can I change it and how can I take my money back?

3. In my account I see bills only for internet but I received bill for TV via email. Why?

the hardware was not charged. The invoice related to the contract and the provision fee. This is cleared automatically and a credit is made to the customer account.
