Hi,
I want to cancel my internet/phone contract. I talked to one of the support team by email and he said to write here in this forum to cancel the contract.
What I should provide to cancel my contract?

If you got that confirmation, send your device back.
Please notice the day at which your cancellation becomes effective - you'll have to pay until that day (even if you'd send back the device now).

I'm sorry if I caused any confusion. The cancellation of your contract has already been processed, therefore you have also received the confirmation of cancellation with the request to return the device after the end of the contract.
