Hey everyone,
I had a problem with the delivery of my modem yesterday. The building attendant didnt put my name on the bell, contrary to our agreement :/. So I had to go over there and do it myself but I missed the DHL delivery with like 10 minutes. They marked it as "no name on the bell" and returned back.
Today I got an SMS from Vodafone stating that there was a problem with the delivery and gave me a number to call them back. I did, but unfortunately I dont know any German so after listening to the automated voice for a while I hung up.
I just need Vodafone to attempt the delivery again, or give me an address to go pickup the modem. How should I approach to this situation, what are my options (as a non German speaker)?

Hey Thomas,
Just one more question, DHL site indicates that:
Di, 06.11.2018 03:44 -- The shipment has been delivered from the parcel center to the recipient by simplified company delivery
but I never got anything. Today I got a mail from Vodafone stating that my cable connection is ready and asking me to install my router to activate it in next days.
How should I proceed? Should I just wait for more or is there any kind of actions that I can take?

we're resending the hardware now. According the tracking the package will be sent back to us.
