Cable internet cancellation

I would like to cancel my contract on July 31st and return the hardware. I do not understand German, so I was unable to talk to customer care over the phone. I sent an email to vodafone and they asked me open a query in forums. Can someone guide me about cancelling my contract?

Hi Sbeniwal,

is there a reason why you want to cancel on that date? Contracts can only be terminated on time at the end of the term.
