Dear Vodafone Team,
I have been using Vodafone cable internet service since November last year, Customer ID: xxxxxxxxx. From June'20 I have moved into another place where a stable connection already exists, and I have to pay for it whether I am using it or not. So I want to terminate my contract with you since I am a student and it is not possible for me to pay twice for the internet each month.
To terminate service from you I have been trying since May, but I was unable to get any service from the hotline, later I wrote a letter to Vodafone office Erfurt, they replied to me to write about it on the forum, and you will take care of it.
I am hopefully waiting to get a solution from you.

Please send me the following data by private message:
- Customer number
- Name
- Date of birth
- previous address
- new address
- Customer number of the contract at the new address.
Write a short note here in the post as soon as you have sent the PM.

I've looked into it.
At your new address, we can no longer provide you with Internet access via cable. Therefore I have cancelled your contract according to the telecommunication law with 3 months notice. That's how long you have to pay the monthly costs. You will receive a written confirmation. You have to send your equipment back after the end of your contract. You will also find the hint in the letter.
