Hi, can someone tell me how many times do I have to contact Vodafone to get a working internet ?
Have restored and restarted my router countless times, have it exchanged once nothing helps...
Anyone at Vodafone have heard that it’s 21 century and that they should change the routers that are at least 2-3 years old, not a decade old ?... ( of course normal company wouldn’t use even 2-3 year old routers but here we are speaking about Vodafone )
P.S how smart are the workers at Vodafone if they gave me an router that has 100mb connection ( Ethernet ) to my 400mb data plan ?....!!!!!!
Will someone fix this issue ?!!!

the specialists suspected there might be a problem with the firmware of the modem and wanted to send a technician. Did he visit you yesterday? Did you check the speed through wireless LAN as well? At which times is it bad?

Hi so, the date that the technician was supposed to be here was 19.12, so I waited and waited and waited, and then received and email that the technician will be here soon and checked on map, it showed 13min ( a nice function ! ) , and then I waited about an hour, nothing happened, then I received an email that everything was done and that I can review the service ... nice, you’re technicians are working as you’re internet, they don’t work at all 😄
I was checking the speed through cable 🙂 normally it’s around 90-100mb, the time is random, it’s not like at evening and so on, it’s totally random.
And of course the WiFi problem also still persists 🙂

Well hopefully this time someone will really come 🙂 because all these issues, the slow speed and so on for 39.99 EUR a month ?...

So, the technician if you can say so came 😄 the only thing he was able to do is check if the signal works fine until my end, then check if the router is on 😄 and because the problem persisted while he was here and he saw the photos with Speedtest results and so on he changed the router because as he said l, he can’t do anything else to solve the issue, he just has to change the router and that’s all he can do .

So first thing, still regards to the work, the technician was really friendly and explained what he can and can’t do and why 🙂
Second thing, since I know way more than the technician I would like to get a job offer at Vodafone :))) nope you’re online job assistant doesn’t show available job offers here but I know from super secret sources that you need technicians here 😄 🙂
Third thing, and it’s a good one ! :), the internet seems to be working fine now ! Woohoo it took a bit more than one year 😉 after of course I’ve changed channels since the technician didn’t knew how to do that and my 2.4GHz WiFi was together with other 8 on the same Chanel 🙂
Fourth thing, am I getting any refund or so on for the whole time period while I had problems ?!...

thanks for your feedback, the technician changed also the cablerouter.

Look at your lokal technician company 😉

I can giv you a little compenastion for this.

So it seems so, that for now it can be closed 🙂 the speeds still seems to be stable 🙂
Hopefully it will be a bit better than a small compensation after all this time and effort 🙂
