Hello!
I'm Kabel Deutschland customer. I can't receive my activation code to customer portal - I sent a request 2 weeks ago - have received nothing yet. I sent another request, but have a doubt that it will come.
Can I get it by email? How can I approve my email if I don't have the access to customer portal?
