Here is my problem.
I have a "Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable" plan since 05.2018. Recently my building was sold and the new owner offer a free Vodafone internet plan for all apartments. So, sudenly I have two Vodafone conections in my apartment and naturaly need only one.
I sent a message to customer services with copies of both contracts and explaining my case. Even so they were rigid and only will cancel my contract in 05.2021.
Is this right that there is no way to excepcionaly cancel a contract when there is two identical services for the same company being provided to the same address? That is like they are getting the double amount to provide a single service! That makes no sense to me!
I would be very thankfull if someone could help me.
All the best for you!

Hello FLeite,
you don't live in an apartment together, right? Basically, in such a case, there is no possibility to cancellation your contract prematurely.
Best regards

Hi, Tina.
I live alone and the landlord contracted vodafone for all apartments.
So my apartment now is with two active contracts for the same product: my older one and the new one provided for the landlord.
The service is for the same apartment, but naturaly the landlord would not live with me.
I also have sent the modem from my contract back to Vodafone because I did not need it anymore.
Best regards.

Hello Fleite,
you have a contract with us since May 2018. Even if your landlord has had a separate contract for this apartment since October 2019, there is no reason to cancel your contract prematurely. You can only cancel it at the regular end of your contract.
Best regards
Tina
