İnternet doesn't work, DOCSIS offline

Dear sir,

I've recently contracted Internet with Vodafon and installed router 2 days ago. 

But Internet still doesn't work and flashes red light on the router... 

I've tried to check with IP address and it says DOCSIS offline.

Please kindly check this problem asap, as it is pretty urgent for me
