Sorry for using English, as discussing networking is above my German abilities. I am running a Linux server at home, and want to set up a VPN server on it using either OpenVPN or Wireguard. According to the router settings, I have a ipv6 DNS server address for WAN. However, when i check wie ist meine IP, it says I have an ipv4 public address, and no ipv6 address. But my router (Vodafone CGA4233DE) also doesn't have any options for port forwarding, even when I turn on expert mode. How would I go about setting up the VPN server with ipv4 address if I can't forward ports?

enable Bridge Mode and setup port forwarding with your own router behind the Vodafone Station

Hello klu93,
take a look at your customer portal, there you can activate the bridge mode under Internet settings. Then you can set up port forwarding for your device.
Best regards
