I have had serious issues with my internet over the past week. The router seems to go out many times a day and at the moment I rely on this for work. I have upgraded my plan to a higher speed, but would like the exchange the router for the connection issue. Thank you!
when was the last time the router restarted or when was the last time the connection was lost? How are your devices connected to the router, via LAN or W-LAN?

The router is connected via cable to the TV connection. I have had to restart multiple times (up to 3 in one day) last week as the router shuts off. I have also upgraded my speed plan as I thought this could be an issue, but I was kicked off again just now. Anything you need, just let me know!
