Sorry for a silly question, but I am not sure how to return an old router.
I moved apartments, and your colleague from a local office told me that I will receive instructions with the new router. Unfortunately these were not included, so I am not too sure how to send it back now.

There has been a change of tariff. You also received new hardware for the new tariff. There should be a return slip in the package. If you no longer have it, please use the following address:

And is the old contract really cancelled?
Because a move does not mean that your old contract is cancelled - if it is possible, the contract will just move to your new address, so there is usually not the need to send back the old router as you'll need it in your new home.
Switching devices is only needed if you change technologies (e.g. switching from DSL (using the phone outlet) to cable (using the TV antenna outlet) or vice versa).
