Hello,
I upgraded my vodafone internet contract to CableMax 1000 at the end of Feb 2020. I received the new router and connected it on 2nd March. I did not have a form with the details of how/where to return the old router (in the new package I received a form for returning the new router (with the serial number of new router on it) but not the old one??) and as I left town two days later I was not able to return the old router. When I got back I was still not able to return it due to the COVID-19 situation. I just got charged 99.99 EUR.
Is there any way I can return it now and have this money refunded?
I do not have a form with details of how/where to return it. Is there somewhere to find these details?

If the old device is also a cable device, just use the DHL return slip with the Nuremberg address that was enclosed with the new device. Obviously you only need to stick the address label on the outside and don't need to include the rest of the form with the (new) serial number.
And usually you should get back your money at least a month after the device is received by Vodafone.
