Not received the vodafone DSL device

Hello Vodafone Team,

I ordered vodafone DSL connection 2 weeks back. 

The DSL connection was sent within 2 days but unfortunately due to name not present on the door the vodafone DSL device was sent back.

For past 1 week i have been trying to connect with customer care to send back the device as now the name on door is present but i have been unsuccessful.

Kindly help me out.
