No internet second day

Hello everyone.

I am vodafone user. I connected to the vodafone internet about 6 months ago. When I connected I had some problems with internet, but they are solved now, thanks to this forum.

I have lost the connection again. 2 days ago I had no internet for about one day, and today it happens again. I received a letter 2 monthes ago, that said that I will have no internet on 13 of November. But 2 days ago was 7th, and today is 9th. Dont know what to think about it.
