Need support to setup new connection at home

  1. I have an appointment to setup cable connection but the person who came to make it did not found something and he went back. He told need to make new appointment.
  2. Since then not able to contact anyone to get further appointment.
  3. Also I dont know for what reason he went back. Is it something technical issue or he not found proper place to make connection.
  4. Please guide me someone to make it.
  5. I tried to contact Vodafone Customer care calls but no proper guidance. And Vodafone shop they are telling in system not much details updated.
