Hi there,

Like many others, I'm writing here as unfortunately my German is basic and I can't get through to talk to someone in English on the phone.

I'm a Vodafone CableMax 1000 customer, I'm moving tomorrow, have booked your moving service, but only now I found out that the socket in my new apartment is not one of the multimedia ones. I don't have a multimedia adapter (I had one sent over with the first router, but when I changed the contract type in April and sent back the first router, I sent the complete box back, so also the adapter with it). 

Could you please arrange that I get one delivered? How quickly would it arrive? Would it cost anything?

And as it's urgent to have one - are these multimedia sockets unique? Or can I find one in a shop / online to get it delivered sooner?

if the socket in your new flat is back channel capable then this is what you're looking for.

usualy it is job of Vodafone to deliver correkt hardware.

I think it is more efficiant to order a technican who will install korrect MDM.

If your line within your appartement is not able to deliver necessery feature you need techniken in every cases.
