Hi,
I live in Munich and have a vodafone broadband connection since March.
I am facing trouble connecting to internet for the last 3 days. I tried restarting the modem, switching off device (the easy hacks prescribed on various forums) but without any luck.
I tried contacting customer service via phone thrice today but unfortunately there are no english-speaking agents. And the 3 agents couldn't help me find a better option to seek help from vodafone.
Can someone please help in fixing the connection issues?

i'm so sorry to hear that your landline is not working properly.
Are you using a dsl or cable connection?
Whats the excact errormessage/led status from the router?
