Kündigung and WLAN Kabel router status

Hello. I have cancelled the contract and sent the router back. Router was received by the Vodafone on 28.10.2019. However, at the portal WLAN Kabelrouter status is still open and it asks me to send the router back. Kindly, reply me as I may share you the details in a private message. Thanks.

let's take a look. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.
