Hello,
I tried self installation to my new connection which is active since 18.08.2020 but did not work.
The internet LED is still red & when I login to the router, I see "docsis" error (as in the attached screenshot)

Hello MohannadM,
do you live in the former Unitymedia zone or do you have a Vodafone Kabel Deutschland contract? In the latter case, please send me a private message that contains the following:
- your customer number
- your name and address
- the birth date of the contractual partner
- the MAC address of the modem you got from us
