When I subscribed for the Vodafone cable internet in November 2019, I noticed at some point (usually every 20 to 30 minutes), the internet just disconnects, and all the time, I restart the cable and everything works fine again. This has been happening and now it is now worse, I have to restart and restart at 10 to 15 minutes intervals. I have called and called and complained to Vodafone but they feel so reluctant to help. From what I can deduce, I feel the cable box itself has a malware problem and hence requires restarting almost all the time. Recently I made a call and they said they detected a cable fault. I thought they actually meant the cable box but to my greatest surprise, it was the cable cord they sent to me.
I am so fed up and why would I keep paying for what I have never enjoyed? Vodafone feels relaxed because my contract is still on and after my contract, they start chasing me to subscribe to the service. Please can Vodafone send me a new cable box? I don't mind paying for it but I need peace as I can't work online and make zoom calls properly. I need help, please
