Can’t set up my new internet connection

Hi, sorry for my query in English but my German is non existent. I just received my cable internet box. I tried to follow the setup as described in the box but am unable to continue. According to the setup instructions the light on the box should all turn on after 15 minutes after connecting the cables. I’ve been waiting for several hours and nothing has happened. How can I get it working?

Hello Satyajit,

what kind of antenna socket did you have (2 or 3 connections)? If 2, use the adapter.

And can you plug it in overnight?
