Morning,

 

My Vodafone station doesn't output signal in the 2.4ghz band. 5ghz works fine, but a few devices of mine need the 2.4ghz one.

 

Can you help me with that?

 

Is a Vodafone store able to troubleshoot the problem and replace the station right away if the case?

Hello Selmat,

 

a Vodafone shop isn't the right place to exchange the modem. Did you try a factory reset already? Did you choose two different SSID for the networks? In which federal state do you live?

Hello Selmat,

 

the line looks good so far. You seem to use the same SSID for both WiFis, but the devices that can only use 2.4 GHz should only get this one displayed as the available network. So I made a task for the replacement of the router. The device should arrive in the next few days, please send the current one back to this address:
