Hi! I have been wanting to cancel my gigacube and return it. I have been trying to do so for the past 3 months!!! I couldn't get a hold of an agent who could speak in english, all I have been getting are nastt customer service operators who would just drop the call! I chose Vodafone because they are known to be good so as their customer service and by the type of service I am getting I am rethinking of canceling my whole Vodafone contrata and just bring my business to another company!!
