Hallo, first of all, sorry for my English. my German is not good enough. a month ago, I got a GigaCube (50GB) for one month and the staff told me that it costs 34.99 Euro monthly (and 200 GB costs 44.99). I got the 50 GB capacity and it aslo shows in my vodafone account. I returned it in 3 weeks. but I am charged with 56.76 Euro. I downloaded the invoice and it shows 49.99 (Anschlusspreis) and 6.77 Euro (Basispreis). my question is: why I am charged even higher than the amount for 200GB? I was expected to be charged for 34.99+6.77=41.76 Euro.

Hi rezaeqbalpassau,

the connection price (Anschlusspreis) is a kind of processing fee which is contractually charged once. These costs would also have been incurred for the GigaCube Max with 200 GB, where the bill would have been correspondingly higher.
