Without any intimation amount deducted from the account for Easy box

Hi

As I am changing my address, I requested for Termination and my Vodafone DSL contract get Ended in Jul 2020. In Oct invoice, It has found that Vodafone charged me 68EUR for Easy box router. I was clearly no idea why they charged now and eve without any intimation. 

Can you please help out why vodafone charged this amount even after contract end.

Hi DSL29,

in the confirmation of your termination we asked you to send us back the rental router after your contract ended. There was also a return receipt in our email. If we don't get back the rental device, it will be charged.

So now, the router is yours.
