English help- Easybox 804 failure

Hello, my easybox 804 is not showing up in my wifi. The green lights are constantly on the top of the device, but I can not connect to my Wifi on my devices. The name of my box doesn't appear.  even with the LAN cable directly plug on my computer.

Though my line has been activated 5 days ago, during 2 days everything was ok and since internet has not worked;

And I can not reach anyone by phone who speaks English.

Hey chrislene,

sorry to hear that your router is not working properly.

If the 804 is neither broadcasting a wifi signal nor accessible via lan (easy.box root/123456) its most likely defect.

I will initiate a swap of the device.

Therefore please send me a privatemessage.

I need your customernumber (begins with 0019 most likely) and your current mobilenumber.

The postman will handout a new router in exchange for the old one.
