details about the bill

Hi team,
 
My connection was activated last week (17th May) and billing should start from that day ?
 
Also I see that vodafone have sent me a bill of 59Euro for technician deployment. I am not sure why this is been charged? When I bought the connection I paid the amount intially itself. May I know why the bill is generated agian ?
 
And the technician was reschudled by vodafone and not me. Please clarify

Hi Jagadeesh,

 

you can find all details on your invoice. Please have a look in your MeinVodafone account.

 

We charge you for the new appointment if the first appointment was not successull due to customer reasons.

 

E.g. you did not put your name on the door bell, you were not at home or you gave wrong details about your address.
