Hi Jagadeesh,
you can find all details on your invoice. Please have a look in your MeinVodafone account.
We charge you for the new appointment if the first appointment was not successull due to customer reasons.
E.g. you did not put your name on the door bell, you were not at home or you gave wrong details about your address.
