Guten Tag,
First of all I would like to excuse myself for writing in English. Unfortunately my German is still very basic.
On the 27th of March, I sent a letter to Vodafone to ask for an early cancellation of my internet contract according to §314 BGB, as they were not providing a proper connection.
Some days later, on the 2nd of April, I got a reply from Vodafone telling me that they were very sorry and that they would cancel my contract and refund the money I paid so far (please see the attachments). They said they will send another letter separately with a final confirmation of the contract cancelation.
So far it has been more than two weeks and this letter has not arrived yet. When should I expect to receive a final confirmation of contract cancelation and a refund? I would like this to be done as soon as possible.

Thank you very much for you answer.
Indeed, Michi got in contact with me and told me there was a problem with the process, but that it is now solved.
Since then, unfortunately I did not receive yet the letter of confirmation for the cancelation of the contract.

Indeed, I just saw that I received an email of confirmation on the 18th of April.
I will proceeed to send the router back today. When should I expect to receive a refund for the previous months?

Hi,
the transfer will be done automatically approximately 40 days after the customer account has been closed.
