I was vodafone customer. On 9/10/2017 I gave termination of my phone and DSL through nearest vodafone shop. my termination date is in March 2018. But interestingly Vodafone takes money in March, April and May, 2018. Each time it is 35 Euro. I went to Vodafone shop and the guy sitting in the shop, he called to customer care and asked not to take any amount from my account. It works but Vodafone needs to return money, for that I need to send kundigung letter to Vodafone office. I did it. Then last week I got 13.57 Euro back from Vodafone.
My ques: When you guys need money then you just take it, but when we got amount even you do not sent a simple letter. You send me money after 2/3 months. What kind of service you are providing. Why you send me around 14 euro instead of 2 or 3 months amount. I do not get even a single letter. In addition, I gave proper termination through your shop. Why I need to take extra headeache? Who will pay for that? I know you are not.
Still I am waiting that you will send my rest of the money.
