Hey risnas,
according to our terms and conditions, we take a fee over 59 Euros if a technician appointment fails for a reason a customer has to take responsibility for.
We payed for the technician, the inhousecables were faulty/not existent. Thats why the contract has been cancelled.
But you still have to pay the one time fee / partial invoice for this appointment.
I whish you all the best - and i hope that a local cable provider f.e. can bring you online.
Best regards,
Andre

Hi Risnas,
in our welcome letter (usually sent via e-mail) you will find all info regarding the activation and the appointment there.
Also there is a note that we have to charge you for a second appointment.
The price can be found in our pricelist: https://www.vodafone.de/infofaxe/120.pdf

Jens

This one does not apply to "Internet & Phone Kabel" plans. Tho I'm not sure which kind of plan the customer applied for, as it's not given from the messages' context.

Hi Risnas,
if there is a problem with the inhouse wiring, the home owner / landlord is responsible for fixing this.
The Telekom is not responsivble for fixing the lines within your building.
So Vodafone is charged by the Telekom for the appointment, because the connection couldn't be activated due to customer reasons.

Jens
