I am posting this message on Vodafone Community in regards to cheating which Vodafone does so often in Germany.
On 31.10 I ended my DSL Account and had given Vodafone a heads up of 3 months that I will move out. They acknowledged the same and asked me to send back my router which I did.
After 4 months, I get an email from Infoscore asking me to pay money 85 Euros penalty for DSL connection.
I dont understand why I should pay this money because nothing was mentioned at time of cancellation?
Please can someone from VODAFONE community help? My customer number is xxx

Hi krupeshved,
your contract has been terminated before the minimum running time was over. So it's correct to charge a compensation for the time, your contract ended earlier. That's what we already told you via email in January.
