Very slow connection (Red 100 DSL)

Hi,

sorry for writing in English, but my German level is not good enough.

I have a Red 100 DSL contract since last year, and my download internet speed is very slow (0.3Mb/s download, 20Mb/s upload, 20ms ping).

I now have to pay 44€/month for such a connection after one year of contract, which I do not find acceptable.

What are my options to pay a bill which is closer to the service I get?

If not you can send me a private message with your name, customer number, mobile phone number and 3 current speedcheck ticket numbers.

• 3 speedchecks with at least 6 hours in between
• No WIFI, alsways use a cable connection
• No downloads, streams etc. while doing the tests
• No VPN, (powerline-) adapters or extension cables
