4 months i received the routeur, technician never came, no one replies.

This is NOT what this forum is intendet to be. And this is NOT how it works.

By the way: English support is given on a best-effort base, which might also mean that there is no English support at all. It's up to you to get yourself a translator in case your German isn't good enough in order to communicate with the Support hotline in German (as this is the sole language that you contractually agreed to).
