when you use the GigaCube Flex, we can only set the termination of the contract to the next regular date. But that's no pronlem, as you do not pay the monthly fee when the cube is not used.
The DSL contract can be terminated earlier, when we do have the confirmation of your relocation. Please send me a private message with your customer number, the customer password and the miitary order where I can see the date of your relocation.
