Unable to connect to Vodafone network

I was not able to reset my router on the appointment date for netzmodernisierung. I tried it after 4 days. I could reset the router to factory settings. But when I try to activate with mic it says that the DSL cable is not connected. I checked the connection and it's fine. I couldn't get help via customer service as I don't understand german.
Please help me with the process

Hello Deepthy,

did you use the new modem installation code we have sent you? Dd you try to configure the router via telephone or via PC? Please note, that the configuration via PC is only possible with conected LAN-cable.
