Telekom technician never came for the second time

Hello, as a non german speaker i am having a lot of trouble to get in contact with the support

It's been now more than TWO months that i subscribed an received my box, first time technician did not came.
Today he was supposed to come from 8 to 13. I waited all morning (with my name in HUGE on the door), no news, no calls, no one came.

Can i get help please ?
