Dear Vodafone team,
I am an regular customer of Vodafone and using the internet services since May 2016. In February 2020, I am moving to a new apartment and due to unavailability of kabel service, Vodafone colleague suggested me to change me to DSL contract.
I had an appointment with technician today for installation but due to connection fault from Telekom services; the technician did not came. Today, in Morning Telekom informed me that problem has been fixed and Vodafone can come for installation.
Now, I am trying to get an appointment for technician and tried 4 times to customer support but nobody is able to help me out. Please help me to get an appointment of technician to install the new connnection. Thanks.

i'm sorry that the activation process is taking so long.
Could you get an appointment in the meantime?
