Special contract termination - Leaving Germany

Hi,

I'm leaving Germany at the end of July 2019 however my legal contract ends in 2021.

As per the contract, I can break/terminate contract in this case (this is considered to be a special case). 

Could some one guide me about the process how can I go along with it?

I talked to one of the customer support person and He asked me to send them an email. I sent email and then in response to that email, I am asked to create a threat here.

I would very much appreciate for any help.

Hi Zeshan,

thanks for your PM.

We've processed your cnacellation now. Since you move on 25 July, your contract will end on 23 October 2019.

This is the earliest possible termination date due to the Telecommunications Act.
