Hello, we are new customers for DSL. We were able to set an appointment online for the implementation but have not yet received the router. Is there a tracking number for the router we are renting? Thank you.

welcome to the Vodafone Community!
The modem will be sent approximately 10 days before the activation date.
You will then receive a notification with your tracking number either via SMS or e-mail.
